I will use less light
The popular energy-saving campaign “M'illumino di meno” (I will use less light) promoted by Caterpillar, has reached its eighth edition. This year it has been extended to the entire day and everyone has been invited to take part by pursuing exemplary energy saving measures, taking care to carry out the following actions:
- reduce energy wastage;
- produce clean energy;
- use sustainable transport (cycling, car sharing, public transport, walking);
- reduce waste (differentiated waste collection, recycling, recovery and reutilisation, food waste reduction).
Attention will be focused on the mayors of the Italian cities who have to carry out the greatest possible number of energy saving measures.
