The eruption in Iceland
Contrary to the forecasts, the eruption of the Icelandic volcano Grimsvoetn has started disturbing air traffic in Northern Europe. The volcanic ash cloud has now spread over German skies and the airports of Frankfurt and Bremen have been forced to close, while those of Berlin and Hannover will do so soon. About 150 flights are expected to be cancelled.
